Kholas dates

Kholas organic dates have a light, almost honey-yellow color. The fruits are relatively small and the flesh is firm. Since they are among the semi-dry dates, whose flesh does not contain too much moisture, they can be stored at room temperature for a particularly long time. Served at room temperature, the date is all the more flavorful and can develop its full aroma, which carries subtle notes of sugary caramel.

By nature, this variety has a fairly high proportion of skin seperation. This describes the proportion of skin that has separated from the flesh.
